Every project helps equip people with valuable digital skills, creating opportunities and reducing barriers to employment and social inclusion.

Our Approach
Digital Skill Training
Our core objective is to train young people in digital skills, enabling them to earn a living & across global opportunities. Alongside skill empowerment, we focus on the emotional well-being of young people through mental health and wellbeing advocacy.
Digital Mentorship
Participants recieve guidance from coaches who help them practice and apply the skills learned.
Internship & Job Placement
Through Partnerships with businesses, participants can work as interns with our partner organizations. We work within the community to uplift young people out of poverty through various empowerment projects.
I was anxious when the job center referred me to Glow Impact for website design training because of my autism. However, the training was simplified, and I comprehended everything, ultimately building a functional website for the autistic community.
